We require 24-hour notice if you are unable to meet your scheduled appointment time, so we may contact clients on our wait list and ensure our groomers have a full day. Failure to provide us with notice at least 24 hours before your appointment time will result in a $25 fee applied to your next appointment.
Pricing
Our prices are based on the amount of work each dog requires. Any price we provide for a new dog is only an estimate and liable to change. Furthermore, prices may raise for recurring customers if dogs continuously come in requiring additional work from our groomers and staff - i.e. excessive matting, aggressive behavior, ect.
Time Constraints
We’d like to remind our customers that, in order to ensure each of our baths, grooms and tidy-ups are given equal attention and exceed your expectations, we ask for a standard of 4-5 hours in which to work. We will call when your pet is ready to be picked up, and are more than happy to give a 30-minute notice. If you find yourself with a time constraint on an appointment day, we will be happy to try and meet it, within reason. If we cannot, we may reschedule you on a different day.
Flea Policy
Pets with fleas require more intensive care to ensure that these pets are properly treated and other pets do not get fleas. As such, we charge a fee for grooming pets with fleas, ranging from $5-$10 depending on your pet’s size.
Social Media
We are always updating our social media accounts and website, in order to adequately display our work. As such, we reserve the right to take photographs of your pet(s) while they are at The Clip Joint, and to use these photographs for social media and advertising purposes. If you do not want your pets appearing in photographs in connection with The Clip Joint’s social media and/or website, please let us know and we will be happy to abstain from featuring them.
